The food quality was good and the dishes offered are authentic and unique! Highly recommend the Rustica pizza as a vegetarian option!
The service lacks as there are not enough waiters but the food is good enough to justify a trip!
So I went there for a client lunch and to me the ambience is just spot on. I haven't seen anything so Italian spots in the nearby area.

Food- to start with- we were given MAKE YOUR OWN BRUSCHETTA; it was okaish. Exact number of olives, garlic and cherry tomatoes as the number of people.
Pizza and pasta were delicious and worth trying.
The waiter was a bit fussy but okay maybe he had a bad day.

The Chianti chain in bangalore in general are nice places, but a little hobbled by preponderance of salt usage.
This outlet though, does a bit better. Not completely fixed mind you, but better.
If it was all fixed, it would be a 5/5
Anyway, good food, lot of good things going for it, good service, good ambience.
